You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Tokens are purchased on a one-time basis and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Tokens do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent rate limits, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or sublicense API access without prior written consent
• Generate content involving child sexual abuse material or content that incites violence

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not embed API keys in publicly accessible client-side code or repositories. We are not liable for token usage resulting from compromised keys.

We may apply rate limits to maintain service quality. Rate limit information is returned in response headers.

You retain all intellectual property rights in the HTML you submit and the output files generated. You grant AgentGen a limited license to process your HTML for the purpose of rendering and delivering the output.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the Service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold AgentGen harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Remaining token balances are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
